General booking conditions

1 - State precisely the names, and dates of birth of all people occupying the mobile home, chalet, cottage or emplacement. If the reservation is accepted, it will only be for the people as stated in the contract, in no case will sub-letting to a third party be allowed. Any breach of this clause will lead to the cancellation of your contract and the loss of all monies paid upon reservation. Important! Any bookings made by or including under 18’s non accompanied by their legal guardian will not be accepted.

 2 - Maximum 6 persons + one car per plot, chalet, cottage or mobile-home (a baby counts as a person).

3 - Please inform us of your exact arrival and departure dates. Min. 3 nights in low season (except weekend promotions), min. 7 nights in high season.

 4 - Departure Day : Guests are requested to vacate the plot by noon. Chalets, cottages and mobile-homes by 10 A.M.

5 - To ensure your reservation, please notify us of any delay to your arrival.

 6 - Hiring is for personal use. Sub-letting to a third party is not permitted.

 7 - If more than one family expects to take over, one booking form must be completed by each successive family.

 8 - Any special requests concerning your stay should be made at the time of booking/payment of the deposit, however, they cannot be made a condition of your booking as they are always subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

 9 - Additional vehicles must be parked in the car park at the entrance to the campsite for a supplement.

 10 - Under no circumstances will reimbursements be made due to you cancelling your booking. It is your responsibility to take out a cancellation insurance.

 11 - If you have not arrived 36 hours after your booking was due to commence, or informed the campsite about your delay, the contract will be cancelled and the deposit will be kept for part or full payment of damages.

 12 - You will be asked to pay the outstanding bill for your holiday on arrival, aswell as a deposit of 150 euros, which will be returned on your departure day (between 7am and 10am), once your accommodation has been checked.

 13 - The campsite cannot be held responsable for any information that has not been confirmed in writing, especially once the booking confirmation has been sent.

 14 - Children’s club: the activities for children (6 years old and over) are free of charge (places limited). The Childrens Club reserve the right to refuse access to families that do not respect the general rules of the club i.e. Collection times, behaviour problems etc.

 15 - Parents / legal guardians are entirely responsible for the security of their children whilst on site, particularly around the swimming pool and play areas.

16 - To access the campsite and its activities, you will be given a permanent bracelet, which must be worn for the duration of your stay.

17 - Animals: Pets are authorised, but the management reserves the right to cancel any reservation if the number or type of animal is detrimental to the well being and comfort of other guests. Category 1 and 2 dogs i.e. dangerous breeds are not permitted. The many pleasures of campsite life should compensate for any unpleasantness involved in life outdoors; insects and other «small creatures» are a part of this type of holiday. The management is not responsible for their movements on the campsites…

 18 - The Management reserves the right to suspend certain services without prior notice.

 19 - The management reserves the right to end any contract without a refund or compensation in the case of non respect of the general campsite rules, (failure to respect neighbours, noise etc).

20 - The customers from La Sirene & Hippocampe do not have access to the swimming pool at Le Bois de Valmarie.

 21 - Under no circumstances visitors can have access to the campsite activities.

 A confirmation of your reservation will be sent to you by post as soon as it has been registered.
