Buying a mobile home in one of our campsites represents an easy investment for countless holidays and allows you to make use of the high standard facilities.

Once you have bought the mobile home, all you pay is the annual pitch fee.

THE ANNUAL PITCH FEE COVERS :

  • Water
  • Electricity
  • Sewage
  • Pitch maintenance
  • The “Bracelet Club” which gives you access to all of the free activities and payable activities on the Campsites (Pool complex, sport activities, bar, restaurant, pub, disco, children’s club…)

You can also subscribe to a maintenance contract, which includes winterising the mobile home, exterior cleaning and certain repairs (excluding work covered by insurance and equipment eg. TV, washing machine).

CAN MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY USE MY MOBILE HOME?

Of course, you are the owner, and your friends and other members of your family are very welcome, buying a mobile home on one of our campsites could also be considered as a family investment.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO VISIT THE MOBILE HOMES ON SALE?

You can come to visit our sales park, next to Camping La Sirene, we can offer you a guided tour of some of the new and second hand mobile homes. We try to exhibit a maximum amount of mobile homes from all of the manufacturers to give you a better outline of what’s on offer.

The camping Les Dunes has it’s own sales park, where a professional salesperson can help and guide you in your choice and answer your questions.
