L’Hippocampe, a 5 star campsite in Argelès sur Mer, is the favourite holiday resort for families in search of conviviality for an unforgettable holiday in the south of France.
Located only 900 metres from the beach and right opposite the La Sirène campsite, you’ll make the most of all the facilities of both campsites, as well as the peace.

All pitches have been fully renovated and organized into pedestrian areas. Leave your vehicle on the car parks located at the entrance to our campsite near Perpignan, perfect for a peaceful and safe stay as a family.

L’Hippocampe and its 4 hectare campsite, favourable to idleness and relaxation, entices you to discover the comfortable and fully equipped mobile homes, but also its family facilities. These include a heated water park, with a surface area approaching 400 m².
There is a genuine heavenly lagoon surrounded by palm trees, with an area given over to children.

A fantastic campsite for a family stay. We enjoyed having no cars moving around the campsite, making it easier for us to give the children freedom! In addition, at the mini club, they met lots of people!

A campsite on a human scale,
perfect for families

The L’Hippocampe campsite also has a large sports complex with the city stadium, two football pitches, beach stadium, beach volleyball court, ping pong tables, petanque court, play areas and teens’ club.

Our establishment is a specialist in Argelès holiday rental. There are mobile homes enjoying all the necessary comfort for a successful holiday, able to accommodate 4 to 6 persons with two or three bedrooms. Lastly, by staying at L’Hippocampe, also make the most of all the La Sirène shops and services, as well as all the sports and leisure facilities, activities and entertainment.

Pets are welcome (1 animal per holiday rental, category 1 and 2 dogs – dangerous dogs – are prohibited).
